Thank you for being the most amazing. The second is that even if the first issue is corrected, the remaining rows do not align with the remaining labels. I can find neither a scaling option nor an option to use labels on the HP printer preferences.
I have been using the regular labels so that wasn't the issue. Feed for this thread. Message 3 of 6. I have been using a very simple black and white design twmplate I have repeatedly printed on plain paper and then lined up to the label templae.

I've never used the merge feature, but it seems like too much work for what I needed, to structure my data as XML, and put the appropriate tags in my document.
This is a sort of "quick and dirty" template solution. I have made just a small correction to it, related to the textbox. Templat 4 of 6. No way am I going to run an EXE just to get a mailing label template, and absolutely no way if it is has "OffercastInstaller" in the name. We'll add a suggestion to our FAQ about installing aver drivers.

To put your own addresses or other text into the text frames, simply follow this procedure: However, if you haven't installed the full-feature drivers for your printer, you may see fewer options there. I wanted to use InDesign for the mailing labels, and did a quick internet search for a template.
The text frames all have a dummy 3 line address in them, with no borders or fill. Once I set it to None, my labels printed out just fine.
